Poems My Grandmother Taught Me

Wearing Mother’s Shoes

Sloppity-slop, sloppity-slop,
Everywhere we go.
Ploppity-plop, ploppity-plop,
The noise is fun you know.
Clickity-clip, clickity-clip,
High heels are better than low.
Slippity-slip, slippity-slip,
The whole foot’s in the toe!
